  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
    • 1.0 green apple
    • 1 oz lemon juice
    • 1 oz simple syrup
    • 1.0 egg white (optional)

    Recipies

    1. 1. cut one cheek off your apple and microwave for 30 seconds
    2. 2. add apple to cocktail shaker with lemon, simple syrup, whiskey, ice and egg white (optional)
    3. 3. shake until frost and strain into glass
    4. 4. garnish with lemon peel and fresh apple
