Hi, I’m Sam and I’m the founder and creative director of Fancy Sips, and I love all things homemade. Before starting Fancy Sips, I owned a candle business and a hot chocolate business in Nashville. In 2019, I took my previous bartending experience and love for making things to start Fancy Sips. And ever since I began teaching online mixology classes, I fell in love. There’s nothing like teaching people how to do something that they never thought they could do!
Because to me, mixology should be accessible to everyone (not just fancy hotel bars!).
I teach my virtual mixology classes from my home in Nashville, Tennessee. When I’m not stirring up a tasty drink, I love listening to Broadway musicals on repeat (especially Hamilton!), hanging out at The Listening Room (a fun venue where you can catch Nashville’s songwriters playing their original tunes!), and going for hikes with my husband and rescue pup, Murphy.

She designs your media kits, books private parties, and helps plan all our events. Before coming to Fancy Sips, Repy worked as a digital media manager for a salon. She knew she had to come work at Fancy Sips because she loves working with strong women and helping people learn about mixology.
When she’s not creating recipe cards or designing custom cocktail recipes, Repy loves freshly made popcorn (not from a bag!) or working on her podcast!

CLASSIC MARGARITAShannon teaches virtual mixology classes from her home in New Mexico. She is quite literally the sunshine on a rainy day! She loves trivia and having a fun time in all of her classes. She loves amazing cocktails and has a flair for fashion! You can usually find her with some amazing earrings or fun accessories.
She loves a good time and combines that with helpful facts and tips that make a 90-minute class seem like a 5-minute call with a friend. When she’s not teaching you can find her curled up at home with her adorable dog!

A TOSS-UP BETWEEN A SIDECAR AND HENNESSY PASIONDominique is a New York native who has always had an affinity for all things cocktails, food and travel and now hosts her virtual mixology classes from her home in New Jersey. When she’s not mixing up new concoctions she’s running her own PR consulting business or enjoying a change of scenery in a remote location (typically by some body of water). If you ever need home decor advice (she’s addicted to HGTV), a music trivia partner or someone to watch all the Harry Potter films with, she’s your girl!She’s all about the Instagrammable cocktail, so be prepared for drinks that not only look good/cool, but taste amazing too! Also, the only rule when taking a class with her is “Don’t take yourself too seriously,” she’s all about seizing the moment, making memories and having fun while doing it!FUN FACTS ABOUT DOMINIQUE B:
- 1. Dominique has a 6 year old Havanese named Brooklyn and 1 year old Cockapoo named Mila
- 2. Dominique co-hosts a 1 year old podcast that coincidentally was inspired by cocktails

POMEGRANATE MARTINILindsey is originally from Nashville and loves all things social, especially when it includes a delicious drink!She has had Soju in South Korea, Sake in Japan, Champagne in France, Chandon in Australia, Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand, Sangria in Spain, Scotch in Scotland and Jameson in Ireland.She has traveled all over the world performing with musicals and loves meeting new people and trying new drinks at the local bars. Sipping and hearing each others’ stories are always a real treat. Cocktails, community and connection – that’s what it’s all about!FUN FACTS ABOUT LINDSEY B:
- 1. After having postponed her wedding 3 times, Lindsey finally got married this September!
- 2. Lindsey has performed in 42 out of the 50 states (Alaska twice!) and has visited 48 states! Only 2 more to go – Oregon and Hawaii! Saving the best for last! :-)
