MAKE (Choose one!):

  • Ingredients

    • 5.0 oz Guinness beer
    • 2 oz Jameson whiskey
    • 1.0 cup vanilla ice cream
    • 1 oz simple syrup
    • 1.0 tsp vanilla
    • 1.0 tbsp whipped cream (optional)

    Recipe

    • 1. take vanilla ice cream out of freezer
    • 2. add whiskey, simple syrup and vanilla to a cocktail shaker, with ice
    • 3. shake until frosty
    • 4. add 2 scoops of ice cream to a large glass
    • 5. pour shaker over ice cream and top with Guinness
    • 6. add whipped cream to garnish (optional)
