Classic Paloma

MAKE (Choose one!):

  • Non-alcoholic
  • Ingredients

    • 0.5 grapefruit (or 2 oz grapefruit juice)
    • 0.5 lime (or 0.5 oz lime juice)
    • 1 oz simple syrup
    • 2 oz tequila
    • sparkling water
    • coarse salt (optional)
    • ice

    Recipe

    1. 1. rub lime juice along the rim of your glass, then spin in coarse salt or sugar (optional). fill glass with ice.
    2. 2. squeeze grapefruit juice and lime juice into cocktail shaker
    3. 3. add simple syrup, tequila, and ice to shaker.
    4. 4. shake until frosty, then strain into salt-rimmed glass.
    5. 5. top with sparkling water.
    6. 6. garnish with grapefruit wedge
