Chocolate Irish Coffee

MAKE (Choose one!):

  • Single

  • Ingredients

    • 2 oz Irish whiskey
    • 4.0 oz cold brew coffee
    • 0.5 cup heavy cream
    • 2.0 oz chocolate (any kind)

    Recipe

    1. 1. Microwave 0.5 cup coffee, then add chocolate and stir until dissolved
    2. 2. Pour over a glass of ice
    3. 3. Add 2 oz cream + 2 oz Irish whiskey to shaker with ice
    4. 4. Shake until frosty
    5. 5. Pour over coffee mixture & stir
    6. 6. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
