  • Ingredients

    • 3 oz champagne
    • 2 oz gin
    • 5 strawberries
    • 1 oz lemon juice
    • 1 oz simple syrup

    Recipe

    1. 1. muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker
    2. 2. add lemon, gin, simple syrup, and ice
    3. 3. shake until frosty
    4. 4. strain into glass, top with champagne
    5. 5. garnish with fresh lemon and strawberries
